Our Approach

Sky Tower faced negative PR and multiple challenges related to office spaces, common areas, and building management. Our goal was to overcome these difficulties, restore the building’s appeal, and raise awareness among tenants and partnership agencies. The Solution

We implemented a range of measures to improve the building’s image and functionality. Common areas were refreshed and the reception zone redesigned to create a modern and welcoming environment. We held regular meetings with agents, gathered tenants’ feedback, drew actionable insights, and implemented solutions. We addressed the demand for smaller spaces and more flexible leasing terms, tackled challenging issues, and sought to finalize them efficiently. Our support extended beyond leasing to include marketing and promotional activities, operating on multiple levels to provide a comprehensive service. These proactive measures allowed us to attract new tenants while also retaining existing ones.

Within 9 months, nearly 3,000 m² of lease agreements have been signed. By combining the acquisition of new tenants with the retention of existing ones, Sky Tower achieved operational stability and strengthened its market position. Importantly, our service does not end with signing the lease – we continue to support the owner at every stage of the tenancy, ensuring tenant satisfaction and the building’s ongoing development.
