Bartosz Plewa

Partner



Nearly 10 years of experience on office real estate market. Managed lease transactations for almost 100.000 sq m. Before founding Propwave, he worked at Savills as the Regional Manager of Wrocław at the Office Department. In addition, he spent nearly three years with the advisory firm Cushman & Wakefield. His key responsibilities include comprehensive leasing advice, transaction management, and client representation. He is also responsible for business development in Wrocław and across Poland.

Dominika Babiarz

Associate



She has over 5 years of experience on the commercial real estate market, gained in part at Savills. Her key responsibilities include comprehensive leasing advice, daily operational management of leasing transactions. Her skillset includes both creativeness in un-usual solutions plus long-distance get-things-done approach. Dominika also specializes in and supports negotiations of agreements during office leasing processes.
